Shipping policy

Classicnora delivers within metropolitan France only. We do not currently ship to other destinations.

Shipping is free for every order inside metropolitan France. No minimum purchase is required, and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

We prepare orders in 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or French public holidays are prepared on the following business day. All parcels leave our warehouse in Lyon, France. After dispatch, delivery normally takes 3–5 business days.

Our carriers are Colissimo, Chronopost, and Colis Privé. The carrier assigned to your parcel depends on your address and the size of the shipment. When tracking is available, we send it to the email address you provided when ordering.
