Refund policy

You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date you receive it. This period includes the 14-day legal withdrawal window required by French law, which we voluntarily extend to 30 days for all products. You do not need to give a quality-related reason.

Returns are free. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please contact us before sending anything back. To start a return, email info@classicnora.com or call +33 4 78 59 89 18. Have the following ready:

the date and place of purchase;

proof of purchase;

photos of the product;

a brief explanation of why you are returning it.

We will then provide the return instructions. Do not ship an item back before contacting us.

Returns are handled at our registered office. Once we receive the item, we inspect it to confirm it is in its original condition. We then process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider usually takes 7–10 business days to show the credit. We will notify you by email or phone once the refund is complete.
